My friend and I debated government's role in regulating innovations one night. And my mind suddenly went to Mars.

Now that companies are working towards colonizing Mars, I wonder who's gonna regulate this innovation when they can finally send people to live there. A certain company? A certain country? Or their own country founded in Mars?

And instead of trying to find the answer, I made a T-shirt out of it.
